Luke Tscharke is an Australian landscape and nature photographer and is passionate about inspiring people to travel and see the beauty in the world around them.
The quality of his work has been recognised by awards in many photography competitions, publication in books, calendars, and magazines, and work with corporate clients, tourism organisations, and charities.
He is a regular contributor to Australian Geographic Magazine, where he's had two magazine covers, and his first feature story in the magazine was published in January 2018 on the remote Western Arthur Range in Tasmania. He also contributes images and articles to the Australian Photography magazine, and is an Accredited Professional Photographer with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP). He loves helping and teaching others so he runs photography workshops for many clients each year across Australia.
His favourite place to photograph is Tasmania, where he's visited many times to explore and be immersed in the world heritage listed wilderness. In fact, he loved visiting Tasmania so much he relocated there from Sydney in July 2017.
