Craig Bachmann
Craig was born at Gatton in 1980, and has been fortunate enough to live on the farm in the Lockyer Valley his entire life and since a young age developed an interest in weather and the land.
He's had many cameras since the age of 7 but it wasn’t until 2015 that he started using a DSLR and with the help of a now great friend Murray Fox, he developed his photography further.
Craig finds getting out and about exploring with the camera is a great way to escape from the day to day stresses of life and relax and really enjoys the time by himself and getting creative behind the lens. There are many genres of photography he loves to shoot but nothing gets the blood pumping like photographing a well-structured storm with lots of lightning, as safely as possible of course.
